Processing Time

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and packaging of your order.

Delivery

I offer free delivery for domestic orders from USA and Puerto Rico.

International Delivery

I do not offer shipping to countries outside of the USA at this time. Please check back for more updates.

Incorrect Address and Re-delivery

Double check that the address provided is correct at checkout. If an item can't be delivered because of an incorrect address or no one is available to receive it, email me at iriscintronart@gmail.com.

I will do my best to help rearrange delivery, but any re-delivery costs will be the buyers responsibility.

Damaged Items 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at iriscintronart@gmail.com within 14 days, including clear photos of the issue. 

​

I make sure everything is packaged securely but things happen, I'll do my best to correct it.

Returns

Returns are only accepted for damaged items. Note that if a return is necessary, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on my part.
